Well oiled in Civil Litigation, Ms. Kern spent over a decade in front of Judges and Juries in Orange County. Working as an Insurance Defense attorney in Personal Injury cases, she has attended and taken over 500 party, witness and expert depositions which gives her the unique ability to ascertain witness credibility. She has prepared witnesses for depositions and trials and conducted Mock Trials. All of this gave her a birds eye view of how to evaluate a case, and prepare the case and witnesses for trial. This is important in order to prepare you for your day in Court and to assess the opposing side's credibility. All of this is crucial to forming a litigation plan and competently guiding the client. Ms. Kern also represents clients in Breach of Contract matters, Fiduciary cases, and Personal Injury including Slip and falls, auto accident, and providing a defense for the uninsured.
